Shipping
- Jewelry
- Complimentary shipping on all jewelry — every piece, every order.
- Apparel
- Standard shipping is complimentary on apparel orders over $150.
- Destinations
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
- In-Stock Pieces
- 1–2 business days before your order ships.
- Custom Orders
- 2–4 weeks. Your deposit secures your commission and we begin crafting. Once the piece is complete, we contact you with the final price and photos for approval; you pay the remaining balance, and then we ship.
Returns
- In-Stock Pieces
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for in-stock items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging.
- Custom Orders
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
